Don Tutch LLC ("we", "us") operates Snug & Tidy (the "Site"), which runs on Shopify. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and messages you send to support.
- Order information: the items you buy and your order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors (for example, Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and referral source, through cookies and similar technologies. This includes analytics and, if enabled, advertising pixels (for example, the Meta Pixel).
How we use it
To fulfill and ship orders, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud, to send order and shipping updates (including delay notices), to send marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime), and to measure and improve the Site and our ads. We don't send marketing text messages unless you've given separate, express consent.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help run the store. These include Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, our print-on-demand partner Printify and its print partners (which receive your name, shipping address and order details so they can make and ship your order), shipping carriers, our email provider, and analytics and advertising partners. We also share information when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws. See "Your rights" below.

You can manage cookies through our cookie banner (Shopify customer privacy settings) and in your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale/sharing" of your information. You can opt out of targeted advertising here: Your Privacy Choices. To make any other request, contact us using the form on our Contact page or at snugandtidyshop@mail.grokbot.com. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Children
The Site isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date whenever this policy changes.
