  1. Who we are. This Site (Snug & Tidy) is operated by Don Tutch LLC, Anchorage, Alaska (mailing address: PO Box 201474, Anchorage, AK 99520). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Products. We aim to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but there may be small variations. Product descriptions are general information. Supervise your pet with any new item, and replace items that become worn or damaged. Our products aren't veterinary or medical devices, so ask your vet about your pet's health.
  3. Pricing. Prices are in USD and may change. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we'll issue a full refund if we do.
  4. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
  5. Fulfillment. Every item is made to order by our print partners (through Printify) and may ship from different locations in the United States. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.
  6. Promotions. Discount codes apply only during the stated period, can't be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.
  7. Reviews. Reviews on the Site come from verified buyers. We don't import, buy, or write reviews. If you submit a review or photo, you let us display it. Please don't submit anything unlawful or anything you don't have rights to.
  8. Intellectual property. Site content belongs to Don Tutch LLC or its licensors.
  9. Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies or required by law, products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
  11. Governing law. Alaska law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
